Terms of service

These terms cover your use of huebr: the website at huebr.net, the MCP server at /mcp, the REST API under /v1 and the live stream. By calling the service, or letting an agent call it for you, you agree to them.

What huebr is

huebr reads public prices from prediction market venues (Polymarket, Kalshi, PredictIt and Manifold), matches the same proposition across them and computes consensus prices, arbitrage and mispricing signals. It does not hold funds, place orders or act for you on any venue.

Not advice

Everything huebr returns is information, not financial, investment, legal or tax advice. Prices can be delayed or wrong, matched markets can resolve differently, and an arbitrage shown here may not be executable once fees, limits and timing are counted. Read each venue's rules before you trade. Whether you may use a venue depends on where you live; that is your responsibility, not huebr's.

Your use

• Stay within the rate limits for your tier and don't try to get around them, for example with many keys or addresses.
• Keep API keys secret. You are responsible for calls made with your key, including by your agents.
• Don't attack, overload or probe the service, or use it for anything unlawful.
• You may use results in your own products and agents. Don't resell huebr's feed as a substitute for it. The underlying venue data stays subject to each venue's own terms.
• Signals you post must be your own. We may show your scores publicly only if you opt in to the listing.

Payments

Pay-per-call requests are settled in USDC through x402 before the response is sent, and are final. Prepaid credit, bought by card or in USDC, is drawn at the listed price per premium call; it does not expire while the service runs and is not refundable or exchangeable for cash, except where the law requires. The monthly Pro plan renews each month until you cancel it in the billing portal, and stays active until the end of the paid period. Automatic top-up charges your saved card only after you turn it on, and you can turn it off at any time. Prices are shown on the landing page and in each payment request, and can change for future calls.

Availability and changes

huebr is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind. We may change, limit or stop any part of the service, and suspend keys that break these terms. We will update this page when the terms change; the date above shows the latest version.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, huebr is not liable for trading losses or for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service, and its total liability is limited to what you paid for the service in the three months before the claim.
